Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Supercycler account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)
- Open the Supercycler app or log in at newschoolgrowers.supercycler.app
- Tap the menu (☰) in the top-left
- Scroll down and tap Eliminar cuenta (Delete account)
- Type
DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm
- Your account, all device tokens, sensor history, journal entries, photos, and audit logs are wiped immediately and irreversibly.

Option 2 — Request manual deletion (if you cannot log in)
If you have lost access to your account or cannot use the in-app option, send us an email and we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 calendar days.

Subject: Account deletion request
Include in the body:
- The email address registered with the account
- A short note confirming you want all data deleted
- (Optional) Any context that helps us verify it is really you
What gets deleted
Account deletion wipes the following from our database, irreversibly:
- Profile (email, name, avatar, password hash, Firebase UID)
- All device configurations and connected IoT credentials (Tuya, Sonoff, Shelly, Bluelab, Zigbee tokens)
- All sensor readings and historical telemetry from your devices
- Journal entries, photos, audio dictation transcripts
- Audit log entries created by your account
- Active sessions and remember-me cookies
What we keep (anonymized)
For legal/regulatory reasons (security forensics, fraud prevention) we may retain for up to 14 days:
- Server access logs (IP, request URL, timestamp) — automatically purged after 14 days
- No personally identifiable information remains after this window
How long does it take
In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based requests are processed within 7 days.
